AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND DIGISEL LIMITED

MISCELLANEOUS

The User acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between the User and Digisel under this agreement or through use of the Service. The User shall not to hold himself or herself out as a representative or agent of Digisel. Digisel's performance of this Agreement is subject to applicable laws and legal process. Notwithstanding any other provision in this agreement, Digisel shall have the right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the User's use of this Service. If any provision of the agreement is declared illegal or otherwise unenforceable, Digisel shall amend that provision in such reasonable manner as most closely suits the intention of the original provision and the remaining provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings connected with this agreement as if they were business documents or records originally produced and held in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Digisel and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the same.
